First machine / side business
Xtreme Tech XT Pro 1401Ci or XT Pro 1401 XLS
Start with one head, 14 needles and a hat sewing system. Small footprint, standard wall plug, 97 built-in fonts so you can letter jobs without design software. The XLS adds the slim cylinder arm for the best hat sewing.
The IPX independent presser foot control reduces needle breaks and puckering and improves registration on hats — the machine for a shop running orders all day rather than occasional jobs. Top speed 1000 stitches per minute.
Multi-head machines for contract and bulk work: the same design sewn on every head, four sets of hoops and four wide-angle hat hoops on the 1502, and the larger 1504 above it.
We've been selling, training on and repairing embroidery machines since 2003.
Training before you buy
You're trained on the machine before you take it home — and within 300 miles of our shop we deliver it, set it up and give you a full day of training at your location at no extra charge. Beyond 300 miles, that day is $500 plus travel. Training is always free at our location in Brea, CA.
7 year warranty
Seven-year coverage on drive train components (main motor, bushings, bearings, cams, gears, pulleys, sprockets, belts, chains, shafts, drive cables, frame drive rails) and two-year coverage on electrical components. Applies to all new XT Pro machines we sell.
Service and repair
We repair embroidery machines and DTG printers. Emergency and after-hours customer support by ticket, Monday – Friday, 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. PST.
Parts and support
Spare parts counter, knowledge base, downloads and ticket support, plus factory trained and certified technical staff for technical questions.
Thread and consumables
Master Distributor of Isacord thread — 40wt German-made polyester in Isacord 1000m and 5000m, multicolor and thread kits, metallic and Yenmet. Backing, needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, hoops and 3D foam in stock too.
Financing
Low monthly payments on all of our embroidery machines, including leasing through CIT Business Leasing — 100% financing of the invoice including add-ons, no blanket lien, fixed payments, and Section 179 eligible. Low FICO scores OK.

Direct to garment printers and heat presses, plus embroidery and DTG printing services if you'd rather we run the job.
