After-hours customer support by support ticket, Monday – Friday, 5:30 – 10:00 p.m. PST, for the jobs that can't wait until morning.
On-location training
We come to you for a full day of training on your machine — included at no charge within 300 miles of our shop, and $500 plus travel beyond that. Training is always free at our shop in Brea, California.
Thread and consumables in stock
Master Distributor of Isacord thread (40wt, German-made polyester), plus backing, needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, hoops and 3D foam in stock.
Built around the XT Pro line
Our parts, training and support are built around the Xtreme Tech XT Pro embroidery machines we sell — that's the line, and we know it properly.
Are you on our route?
We're in Brea, California. Delivery, setup and a full day of on-location training are included at no charge within 300 miles of the shop — repair visits are not part of that, and are arranged separately. Call us and we'll confirm what a repair visit to your location looks like — that's the fastest answer, and we'd rather tell you straight than guess.
