Embroidery machine financing — how it works

Can you finance an embroidery machine? Yes — and on every machine we sell. Financing is arranged through our shop, on the machine you choose: tell us what you want to sew, we put the machine and the options together, and then we go through the numbers with you.

We publish a monthly payment line under each machine's price so you can see what a machine looks like month to month before you call anyone. What we don't publish is a rate: your terms are worked out with the shop when you ask for them, on the machine you're actually buying.

We're a 23-year-old embroidery shop in Brea, California, and we sell the Xtreme Tech XT Pro line. You're trained on your machine before it leaves the shop, and the people who service it are the people who sold it to you.

How financing works here

Three steps, and the first two don't cost you anything:

1. Pick the machine

Choose from the five XT Pro machines we sell, on what you're going to sew rather than on the price tag. Every machine's published price and monthly payment line is on the price page.

2. Ask for terms

Call the shop or send the quote form and say you want to talk about financing. Financing is arranged through the shop, on the machine you're considering — there's no application on this website.

3. We go through the numbers with you

You get the machine price, the options that matter for your work and the terms in one conversation, in writing — so you can compare it with anything else you're looking at before you commit.

What the monthly payments look like, machine by machine

These are the payment lines the shop publishes under each machine's price, in the same order the price page lists them. They're there so you can see one machine against another before you call — not as a quote for you.

  • Xtreme Tech XT Pro 1401Ci

    Published price

    $6,995.00

Payments as low as $129/month (60 month lease)

  • XT Pro 1401 XLS

    Published price

    $9,995.00

Payments as low as $180/month (60 month lease)

  • Xtreme Tech XT Pro 1501 IPX

    $12,995.00

Payments as low as $233/month (60 month lease)

  • Xtreme Tech XT Pro 1502 IPX

    Published price

    $16,995.00

Payments as low as $305/month (60 month lease)

  • Xtreme Tech XT Pro 1504 IPX

    Published price

    $27,995.00

Payments as low as $504/month (60 month lease)

Each line is the shop's published figure for that machine on a 60 month lease. What you would actually pay is worked out with the shop when you ask for terms, on the machine and the options you're buying — so ask, rather than assume the line is your number.

The leasing facts we publish

Financing is arranged through the shop, and the leasing facts the shop publishes are these:

CIT Business Leasing
Leasing is arranged through CIT Business Leasing, a business equipment leasing company.
No blanket lien
The lease does not put a blanket lien on the business.
Fixed payments
The payment is fixed for the term of the lease, so the monthly figure does not move while you're paying it.
Section 179 eligible
Equipment leased this way is Section 179 eligible. How that applies to your business is a question for your accountant — we're telling you what the shop publishes, not giving tax advice.

What the price includes

The monthly line sits on top of a machine that comes with more than the box. Everything below is part of buying an XT Pro machine from us; software, extra hoops, stands and delivery beyond 300 miles are quoted with the machine.

  • XT Pro 7 year warranty badge

7-year warranty on the drive train, 2 years on electrical

Seven-year coverage on drive train components — main motor, bushings, bearings, cams, gears, pulleys, sprockets, belts, chains, shafts, drive cables and frame drive rails — and two-year coverage on electrical components. It applies to every new XT Pro machine we sell.

  • The hat sewing system and hat hoops

Every XT Pro machine comes with a complete optimized hat sewing system with a cap driver and 2 hat hoops for each sewing head. Each machine will also include a hat hooping system.

  • Training on your machine before it leaves the shop

You're trained on the machine you're buying, at our shop in Brea, before you take it home — at no charge. It's part of buying the machine, not an extra quoted on top.

  • Delivery, setup and a full day of training within 300 miles

Within 300 miles of Brea we deliver the machine, set it up and spend a full day training you at your location, included at no charge. Beyond 300 miles that training day is $500 plus travel, and delivery is quoted with the machine.

Questions we get asked about financing

Short answers, because the long answer depends on the machine and the terms:

Can I finance an embroidery machine?
Yes. Financing is available on every machine we sell, and it's arranged through the shop on the machine you choose. Call us and ask for terms.
Is the monthly line on this page my payment?
No — it's the shop's published figure for that machine on a 60 month lease, shown so you can compare one machine with another. Your own terms come out of the conversation with the shop, on the machine and options you're buying.
What isn't in the price?
Software, extra hoops, stands and delivery beyond 300 miles are quoted with the machine, and the hat add-ons are listed at their published prices. Ask for the all-in figure before you compare two machines on sticker price alone.
Do I have to come to Brea?
The machines are at the shop in Brea and you can watch one run before you decide — that's how a machine at this level is bought. If you're within 300 miles, we deliver it, set it up and train you at your location.
Who repairs it after the sale?
We do. We repair embroidery machines out of our shop in Brea, we run a spare parts counter, and the people who fix your machine are the people who sold it to you. Service, repair and parts.

Ask for terms on the machine you're considering

Call the shop, or send the quote form and tell us what you want to sew. We'll come back with pricing, the options that matter for your work, and the terms — then a time to watch a machine run in Brea.
