What a commercial embroidery machine actually costs
Most of this market publishes no price at all: you ask, someone quotes you, and you find out what the machine costs only after you have given them your details. We do it the other way round.
These are the five Xtreme Tech XT Pro machines we sell and the price of each one on our store today. One line each on who it is for. If you want to talk it through before you spend anything, call the shop or send the form at the bottom of this page.

The whole picture
What it costs to start
The number on the price tag is not the whole of it, in either direction: a machine comes with more than the box, and a few things are quoted on top. This section puts all of it in one place — what you pay, what is included at no charge, and what is quoted separately — so you can see what getting going actually takes before you call anyone.
What you pay for the machine
Five machines, each with the price on our store today and the monthly payment line the shop publishes for it:
- Xtreme Tech XT Pro 1401Ci$6,995.00Payments as low as $129/month (60 month lease)
- XT Pro 1401 XLS$9,995.00Payments as low as $180/month (60 month lease)

- Xtreme Tech XT Pro 1504 IPX$27,995.00Payments as low as $504/month (60 month lease)
Each monthly figure is the shop's published line for that machine on a 60 month lease, shown so you can compare one machine with another — not a quote for you. Financing is arranged through the shop, and the terms are worked out with the shop on the machine and the options you're buying.

How to pay for it
Financing is available on every machine we sell.
Ask for terms on the machine you're considering.
Financing is arranged through the shop, on the machine you choose — call us and we'll go through the numbers with you.
What the price includes
Everything below is part of buying an XT Pro machine from us. Anything not listed — software, extra hoops, stands, and delivery beyond 300 miles — is quoted with the machine.

7-year warranty on the drive train, 2 years on electrical
Seven-year coverage on drive train components (main motor, bushings, bearings, cams, gears, pulleys, sprockets, belts, chains, shafts, drive cables, frame drive rails) and two-year coverage on electrical components. It applies to every new XT Pro machine we sell.
Delivery and setup within 300 miles
We deliver your machine, set it up and make sure it's running before we leave — included at no charge within 300 miles of our shop in Brea. Beyond 300 miles, delivery is quoted with the machine.
Training before you take the machine home
You are trained on your machine before it leaves the shop. Training is free at our location in Brea, and within 300 miles of the shop we come to you for a full day at no charge. Beyond 300 miles, that day is $500 plus travel.
In-shop service and spare parts
We repair embroidery machines and DTG printers ourselves, and we run a spare parts counter — so the people who fix your machine are the people who sold it to you.
Isacord thread and consumables
We are a Master Distributor of Isacord thread, and we stock backing, needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, hoops and 3D foam.
How to compare embroidery machine quotes
Every seller answers these questions differently. Get the answers in writing before you pay a deposit, and you can compare two quotes that look nothing alike on the surface.
How many needles — and how many heads?
Needle count sets how many colours you can run without re-threading mid-design. Head count sets how many items you sew at once, which is what changes your hourly output and your price per piece.
Which hoops ship with the machine?
Ask for the list, in writing, with sizes. A machine with no hat hoops is not a hat machine. Hoops you have to buy later change the real price by hundreds of dollars.
How long is the warranty, and what does it actually cover?
Parts and labour are different promises, and drive train, electrical and wear items are usually covered for different lengths of time. Ask what is excluded.
Is training included — and where?
Ask whether the training is at the seller's shop or at yours, how long it runs, how many people can attend, and what it costs if you want it on site.
Who repairs it, and how fast can they get to you?
A machine that is down is not making money. Ask who the technician is, whether they are factory trained, what a service call costs, and — for a local seller — whether your location is on their route.
What does the software and everything else cost extra?
Digitizing software, extra hoops, stands, spare parts kits and shipping are commonly quoted separately. Ask for the all-in figure before you compare two machines on sticker price alone.
