We are a 23-year-old embroidery shop in Brea, California: we sell, train, service and supply. You are not buying thread from a stranger who has never seen your machine.

Start with what a hat business buys again
The machine is a one-time purchase. What a hat shop re-buys is backing, 3D puff foam, bobbins and needles — and it re-buys them often. Every XT Pro machine comes with a complete optimized hat sewing system with a cap driver and 2 hat hoops for each sewing head. Each machine will also include a hat hooping system. The consumables are the part you keep buying.

Isacord thread
Isacord is the thread we stock, in 1000 m and 5000 m cones. Our store's own description of it: “40 weight 100 percent polyester thread. Isacord embroidery thread is the thread of choice for maximum productivity and the highest quality embroidery among the largest embroidery houses.”

3D puff foam
The foam that makes a design stand up off the cap. Sheets are 20″ × 30″, and the category lists 21 items.

Read the names carefully: the two Happy hoops are named for the Happy machines, and the Fast Magna Frames are the XT Pro set. What the machine warranty doesn't cover
Our store's warranty page excludes consumables — needles, bobbin cases, bulbs, fuses and air filters. That is not a catch: those are the parts a machine wears out, and they are the same parts on the list above. The rest of the machine is covered for seven years on the drive train and two years on electrical.
Things our store doesn't publish — ask us
These are the questions we cannot answer from anything the shop has published. Each one is a phone call or a message away, and we would rather answer it than have you buy the wrong box:
- Which bobbin or bobbin case fits my machine?
- Ask us. The store lists the bobbins and cases by name and price and says nothing about which machine each one fits.
- How many are in a pack?
- Our store prices needles and bobbins without a stated pack count, so ask before you order by the box.
- Do you do wholesale for shops?
- Ask. There is no wholesale price published anywhere we could point you at — if you are buying for a shop, tell us what you use and how much of it and we will quote it.
- Is there a starter kit with a machine?
- Not that we can publish. The thread kits on our store are design and colour kits, not a machine starter pack. Ask us what to buy alongside your first machine and we will tell you honestly.
- Is it on the shelf today?
- Stock is not published anywhere, so ask us before you make the drive — we will look.
